In this episode, Erick unpacks the success mode. People who scored between 380 and 530 on the assessment are in success mode. Within each mode there are three phases. In success mode they are:
Established Professional (380 - 440)
Emerging Leader (445 - 475)
Respected Leader (480 - 530)
