Jack Swift is the President and CRO of TIFIN. He also serves on the boards of TIFIN and Bow River Capital’s Evergreen Fund.
Prior to joining TIFIN, Jack was the President of Crestone Capital, a $2.7B multi-family office of entrepreneurs who have started, built, and successfully exited their companies.
A serial entrepreneur, Jack Co-Founded his first company in 2007, Northern Lights Capital, which subsequently grew into Pacific Current Group,
where Jack led global fundraising and acted as an Operating Partner across many of Pacific Current’s companies on four continents. Jack and his partners took Pacific Current public (ASX: PAC) in 2014.
Before embarking on the entrepreneur chapter of his career, Jack led the institutional business development efforts for Janus Capital Group, now Janus Henderson. Under his leadership the institutional team raised over $30B in three years, making it the fastest growing and most profitable business unit at Janus at that time.
Jack is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was Class President, a 12-time letter award winner in Track and Cross-Country, and received the Superintendent’s Award for Achievement. He served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger.
